53SP400 Preforms and Jars Started

Trypet SIA has started the production of 53SP400 1-start neck-finish preforms and jars.

The preforms are available in two weight options: 25 grams and 30 grams. This allows us to blow PET jars in 200 ml – 500 ml range, subject to a container’s particular design and wall stiffness requirements.

Blow moulding capabilities include a modern fully automatic blowing machine for regular production but also there is a semi-auto blowmoulder, which is ideal for small orders and trials.

Given the low cost of blowmoulds (€1000-€1500 for semi-auto and €2500-€2800 for a fully auto blowmoulding) it provides a good flexibility for our customers - from tests and marketing trials with just a few thousand jars to the full-scale serial deliveries.

We started with the typical and popular 250 ml jar, but any other reasonable shapes are not a problem.

Colored jars, jars with UV-filter and jars made of PCR up to 100% are available options.

In the photo, you can see a jar with a 53SP400 ribbed-side cap. This cap is available from Trypet, with the HIS or PE liners.
