Variety on the Shelf: PET containers and plastic closures are available from the company’s catalogue. Please note that there are no Minimum Order Quantity requirements for transparent PET items.
Standard lead-time for the catalogue articles is up to 3 weeks.
Individual color for your jar or closure? MOQ is 10 000 – 20 000 pcs. Color matching is on demand.
Looking for a new design in packaging but not sure in market reaction? Choose one of our standard neck finishes and get your own blow mould in 4 weeks. The blow mould cost is very reasonable and investments are feasible even for trials. Start with one pallet at promotional price and see what happens.
Not satisfied with the neck-finishes or thread types we offer as standard options for your new project? Let’s adapt the features like neck, thread and weight to your particular idea and make totally new custom-shaped container.
To produce 2000-3000 samples we need a pilot injection mold and a blow mould, lead-time is 6-8 weeks. It is not a prototyping, but very real products you can fill, test and put on shelf. If successful, a project enters the next stage with serial molds, if not, the losses are minimal. Tooling investments vary depending on a project but remain rather humble.
We render complete service that includes design jobs, 3-D printing, pilot molds, test production etc.
You are a converter already and need preforms only? We can deliver the articles we have in our range – or develop new preforms after your container. We cooperate with top-class preform designers in Italy, Germany and UK.
Special additives: PET containers can be produced with UV-filters, oxygen barrier (scavengers), special additives giving “frost” and “peach-skin” effects.
Individual design is not only about PET jars and bottles but about plastic closures as well. We can design and produce custom-tailored closures together with containers – or separately. Plain closures, flappers, tamper-evident caps, snap-ons, flip-tops, disk-tops, CRC closures – any of these list is possible, and not only.
We do lining using every available option: expandable PE, press-sensitive, induction heat sealing (1-piece and 2-piece, hot-melt and PET/PVC-layered etc.), with and without pulling tabs, with and without print etc.
Our production is not limited to PET jars, bottles and closures. Stoppers, droppers, shive inserts, measuring caps and spoons and many other plastic accessories can be developed and produced.
