PE Foam Liners

EPE liners are made of expanded low-density polyethylene.  EPE liner provides a tight seal around the entire rim of the bottle – in both glass and plastic applications.

 EPE liners supplied already placed in the lid. Both surfaces are white and the material is Food Grade.  The liners have excellent chemical resistance and are compatible with any product (beware only of the essential-oil formulas that can distort the seal).

EPE serves as a secondary seal, which is an advantage for consumers.  

EPE liners may be laminated for the better evaporation barrier with LDPE or other materials, or remain non-laminated. The foam also may have different density the typical value is 250 kg/m3, but not only. Thickness of EPE liners may be different depending on particular requirements.
