Press Sensitive Liners

Pressure sensitive liner is designed with an EVA-based pressure sensitive (PS) adhesive coated on foamseal (extruded foamed Polystyrene) and a release coating on the back that does not come in contact with the product.

The adhesive adheres to either glass or plastic to create a seal that is suitable for dry products and some thicker substances. It does not require extra equipment such as a heat induction machine. The adhesive is torque-activated when the lid is screwed onto the container.

Once the cap is applied, it should not be removed for at least 24 hours to ensure proper adhesion. Common misconception is that the liner will adhere to the bottle upon application, but this is not accurate as the liner often comes off when the cap is removed within the 24 hour window.

The liners always have the standard print: SEALED for YOUR PROTECTION. However, custom print is available for MOQ of 100K pieces.
